By participating in the Sensacare Pilot Program, you agree to the following terms:

Device Use: Participants may use their own compatible devices. If suitable devices are not available, they must be purchased from Sensacare.

Clinical Oversight: The program includes support from 1 registered nurse for up to 20 patients.

Training Requirement: All participants must complete the provided online training within 14 days of onboarding.

Data Use: You consent to the use of de-identified, anonymous data for ongoing platform development and improvement.
