Pilot Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Sensacare Pilot Program, you agree to the following terms:

Device Use: Sensacare devices are supplied for the duration of the pilot and must be returned at the end of the trial unless purchased.

Trial Access: The Sensacare Pilot Program includes access for up to five (5) clients per participating organisation. Devices and platform access are provided at no cost during the trial period. Additional clients may be added under a standard subscription plan following the pilot.

Clinical Oversight: The program includes support from 1 registered nurse for up to 20 patients.

Training Requirement: All participants must complete the provided online training within 14 days of onboarding.

Data Use: You consent to the use of de-identified, anonymous data for ongoing platform development and improvement.

Device Return: Sensacare devices are loaned for use during the pilot. Please take care of them and return them in good working condition at the end of the trial. If a device is lost or damaged, a replacement fee may apply.
